Shipping
We process orders within 1-2 business days and offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.

 

Returns
Not completely happy with your purchase? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Simply contact us to start your return, and we'll walk you through the next steps. Please note that final sale items, opened baby care products, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

 

Exchanges
Need a different size or color instead? We're happy to help with exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Just reach out to our team, and once we receive your original item, we'll ship out your exchange right away. If you need something urgently, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
